Why am I not able to insert the name of the empowered official in the Applicant Statement on the DSP forms?
Whereas the cursor will appear to be active in the applicant statement, users will not be able to insert the name of the empowered official. Once the application is digitally signed, the empowered official's name will automatically be inserted.
